Arrival times. On arrival please book in at the Farm House BEFORE pitching on the campsite – Note we only accept arrivals after 12 o’clock midday and before 6pm unless otherwise arranged.
Departure Times. You must vacate your pitch by 12 o clock midday, if you have a caravan that you wish to leave on the farm for the day please ask at reception we will show you a safe place to park it whilst you are away. (no charge)
Oceanfest (15th, 16th & 17th June 2012). 3 night minimum charge is applied on this busy weekend
Payment. All camping fees must be paid on arrival.
Reception – Please call at the Farm house if you need any assistance however we are closed between 1pm-2pm and from 6pm.

Ground Sheets. You are asked to please use breathable Ground Sheets
Hook-Ups – are on a first come first served basis, pre booking is essential.

Safety – it is vital that you keep out of the barns and off the machinery.
Dog’s are welcome, however, due to the amount of livestock and children around the farm, we insist on dog's being kept under control and on a lead at all times , and of course we expect you to be responsible and pick up anything your pet leaves behind.
•Open Times - Camping @ Incledon Farm opens at Easter and closes end of Oct (unless otherwise arranged)

Quiet Times – We ask you to keep noise to a minimum at all times but no noise after midnight.
Storage is for caravans only and all units will be stored outside unless otherwise arranged. When you wish to use your caravan you must give us a minimum of 48 hours notice, we will tow your caravan from the storage area to the collection area.
•Pitching – should you not wish to pitch your own caravan we offer a pitching service for the very reasonable fee of £10.00 this includes collection of the caravan when you leave. Again we require a minimum 48 hours notice.
•Pressure Wash – Should you not wish to clean off your own caravan after the winters storage we offer a pressure wash service for £20.00 per unit.
